Music Ministries

Deepen your faith and enhance worship for others as you share in the joy of making music. Glorify God with songs of praise! All levels of vocal and instrumental ability are welcome.  Child care is available upon request. 

Celebration Ringers
This handbell choir for adults offers anthems once or twice a month in a variety of styles from classical to hymn-based to praise music. Instruments include chimes and five octaves of bells. Rehearses Monday nights during the school year from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Director: David Bassin.  

Chancel Choir
This vocal ensemble sings in morning worship twice a month and performs seasonal cantatas. Anthems range from classical to gospel to praise to jazz. Rehearses Wednesday nights during the school year from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Director: David Bassin.

Praise Band
This band leads worship for the contemporary worship service. Vocalists, guitars, drums, keyboard, cajone, violin and pennywhistle keep the music lively. Rehearses Thursday nights from 7:00 - 9:00 and Sunday mornings from 8:00 – 9:30.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Children & Youth
The Children’s Choir for pre-K through 3rd grade learns traditional Sunday School songs from Mr. Heath during the opening to Sunday School (during the school year) and shares them in morning services every few months. The Youth Choir for 4th to 12th grade tackles more challenging pieces to grow in musical ability and enhance the morning services. The Children’s Handbell Choir for 1st through 5th grade practices during the Sunday School hour to prepare joyful music for morning services. The Youth Choir and Children’s Handbell Choir meet during the school year and are directed by David Bassin.
