• Our Beliefs

This process of salvation involves a change in us that we call conversion. Conversion is a turning around, leaving old, harmful habits and embracing new ones. Conversion may be sudden and dramatic, or gradual and cumulative. Although Wesley shared with many other Christians a belief in salvation by grace, he expressed it in a distinctive way to show people how to live a full Christian life.

Because we have experienced God’s grace for ourselves, we want to share it with others. Methodists emphasize putting faith and love into action.

We welcome everyone, believing every person has sacred worth and is precious to God.  We encourage people to think through their own beliefs, testing them against scripture, tradition, reason and experience.
